Every two years, this celebration raises funds for the HEMLATA ImpactforHER Fellowship, supporting young women (18–23) through university with lodging, devices, transport support, and a monthly stipend—plus mentorship and skills training through our #ShapingHERfuture Skills Academy in collaboration with IMD.
