Life skill calls with my mentor, organized by HEMLATA is one of the amazing things which makes you realize who you are and how you can improve yourself for the future. My senior buddy at HEMLATA always mentions that "HEMLATA does not just provide expenses, but they also focus on our development, career, and shape us to face the world". I fully agree since I have seen this in my own journey with HEMLATA.

Three years ago when we were introduced to Miss Smitha, and the HEMLATA program, I wasn’t aware of the impact it would leave on me. From connecting with my mentor on a monthly or bi-monthly bases, or updating Miss Smitha about how I am, or the Life Skill sessions and informative webinars I was a part of, I am very glad I got this opportunity. HEMLATA, the program, helped me through college to identify and understand the person I am, my strengths and weaknesses, and how I can be anything I want to be. My mentor helped me realize my potential and decisions in a much better way than I did before. Being a part of the program has been an amazing experience, and I am so excited to see many more young girls thrive to be successful and brilliant women through this opportunity.
